Welcome to vanguardoasis.com (the "Website"), owned and operated by Vanguard Oasis IT Services LLC, a company registered in Sharjah Media City (Shams), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, under trade licence number 2325856.01 ("Vanguard Oasis," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the rules for accessing and using the Website. By using the Website, you’re agreeing to these Terms, so if something here doesn’t sit right with you, please don’t continue using the site.

Vanguard Oasis IT Services is a UAE-based IT services and solutions provider, working with clients across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and beyond. We handle everything from application development, digital transformation, and AI and machine learning to business intelligence and data engineering, cybersecurity, managed IT services, and network and infrastructure work, along with solutions such as website and e-commerce development, Microsoft Dynamics 365, 24/7 remote technical support, Power BI dashboards, and software licensing.

When you use the Website, please don’t: 

• use it for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaches UAE federal or local law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combating Rumours and Cybercrimes;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our servers, or any systems connected to it;
• upload viruses, malware, or anything else designed to cause harm;
• scrape, copy, republish, or otherwise commercially exploit our content without written permission;
• pretend to be someone you’re not, or misrepresent who you’re affiliated with; or
• interfere with how the Website runs, or with the servers and networks behind it.

The service and solution descriptions, case studies, pricing indications, and other content you’ll find on the Website are for general information only. Nothing here is a binding offer, quotation, or contract. If you engage us for services, that’s governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work, and that document takes precedence over anything on this Website.

When you fill in our contact form, book a consultation, or reach out by email or phone, please make sure the information you give us is accurate and up to date. We’ll use it to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange a consultation. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited under UAE law.

You agree to cover Vanguard Oasis, and our officers, employees, and agents, for any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your misuse of the Website or breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms now and then to reflect changes in our services, how we do business, or the law. The "Effective Date" at the top shows when we last revised them. If you keep using the Website after a change takes effect, that means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah, including Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services. Any dispute connected to these Terms falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah.

If any part of these Terms turns out to be invalid or unenforceable, we’ll limit or remove that part as little as possible, and everything else will keep applying as normal.
