A few things that stay with you
Your content and the law
Your store's content must comply with the laws and regulations of the country you operate in.
Licences and approvals
Running an online store may need a trade licence or other approvals, depending on the country. In the UAE, for example, check with your licensing authority before you launch.
Third-party accounts
You register with payment gateways, shipping providers and other third-party services yourself. We will help you set them up.
This is general guidance, not legal advice. The sooner your licence and gateway accounts are in hand, the sooner the store can go live.
Included in every package
Seven things you don't pay extra for
Every store, from Basic to Premium, starts with these. Hosting, SSL and the email account come with Option 1, where we host your store.
Business hosting for the first year
A WooCommerce-ready plan on our account. After year one it renews at AED 600 a year. Not included if you host with your own provider.
SSL certificate
Your store, cart and checkout load securely (https) from day one on our hosting. With your own provider, SSL comes from them.
Basic SEO setup
SEO setup completed, including page titles, meta descriptions, focus keywords, XML sitemap, breadcrumbs and redirect management.
1 professional email account
An email with your site name, on our hosting. A paid business email account replaces it, so you can't keep both.
Template-based design
Your logo and brand colours on a proven store layout.
Training
A walkthrough of adding products, handling orders and editing pages yourself.
3 months of support
Fixes and questions answered after launch. Longer cover is Priority Support.
Domain is separate
Registration is an add-on: .com from AED 100 a year, .ae from AED 175 a year.
Hosting, SSL and the email account are included when we host your store. If you host with your own provider, they come from your provider and are billed to you. Hosting covers the first year and support the first three months. Anything beyond that we scope after a short conversation.
How the store works

The shop side, in plain terms.
Customers can browse and buy
Product pages, a cart and checkout, built mobile-first. Prices show with 5% VAT where you want them to.
Customers pay your way
One card payment gateway comes with Basic and Standard, two with Premium. Cash on delivery and bank transfer are built into WooCommerce. A third gateway or a buy-now-pay-later option such as Tabby is an add-on.
You run it day to day
Add products, change prices, manage orders and customers from the WordPress dashboard. We train you on it before we hand over.
Delivery rates and carrier booking need the Shipping add-on (AED 1,500). Until then you set simple delivery charges yourself.
