How we work out the saving
What the 40 to 60% compares
A like-for-like comparison: the same role at the same seniority, per month, over a year. Your own figure depends on the role, and we show the working in your quote.
The UAE hire
Salary, visa and Emirates ID costs, medical insurance, end-of-service gratuity, recruitment fee, equipment and desk costs.
Our retainer
One monthly rate for the role. No visa, insurance or recruitment cost for you to add.
Worked example
A mid-level backend developer. In the UAE: about AED 8,000 a month in salary, plus about AED 800 a month in visa, insurance and gratuity, so about AED 8,800 a month. With us: about AED 5,250 a month, which is about 40% less. Recruitment fees, equipment and desk costs are left out, so the comparison stays cautious.
Rates checked
27 October 2026. UAE salary from Payscale's mid-career software developer average; visa, insurance and gratuity from RemotePass's 2026 guide to hiring in the UAE; our rate is the current monthly rate for the role.
Start date
Agreed in writing with the brief, so you know it before you commit.
Who it's for
Teams that need more hands, not a new process
UAE tech-forward companies already running an agile engineering process, particularly in fintech, healthtech, proptech and logistics. Also UAE-based system integrators and consultancies that need overflow capacity for their own client work.
