How to pay us

Your invoice has everything you need: the amount, a reference and the payment details. Here is how each option works, and how to be sure a payment request really comes from us.

Three ways to pay

Pick whichever suits you

Bank transfer

Transfer to our UAE account. The account details are printed on your invoice.

Quote the invoice number as the payment reference.

We normally invoice and accept payment in AED. Need to pay in another currency? Ask us before you send it.

Card payment link

Use the secure link on your invoice to pay by debit or credit card.

The link opens a secure payment page, not a form on this website.

We cover any card fees, so you pay exactly the invoice amount.

Cash or cheque

Paid in at a First Abu Dhabi Bank cash deposit machine, using the reference on your invoice.

Keep the deposit slip and send us a photo.

Our bank takes 3 business days to clear a cheque, and we treat it as paid once it has cleared.

Cash deposits are subject to the bank's limits, so for larger amounts please pay by bank transfer or card.

Stay safe

Before you pay, check it is really us

Fake invoices and "our bank details have changed" emails are common. A minute of checking protects you.

Told our details have changed?

We never change bank details by email alone. Do not pay until you have confirmed with us on a Teams call, or by writing to contact@vanguardoasis.com as a new message, not as a reply to the one that asked.

Check who sent it

Genuine invoices come from an @vanguardoasis.com address.

Check the account name

The name on the account should read Vanguard Oasis IT Services LLC. If it shows anything else, stop and ask us first.
