Vanguard Oasis IT Services LLC is a UAE-registered company. We exist because too many growing businesses either overpay for enterprise consultancies or get stuck with an offshore vendor nobody can reach on a bad day. We built a middle path: UAE accountability, delivered by a dedicated team in Sri Lanka.
Our Story
Why Vanguard Oasis exists
Vanguard Oasis was founded by Damian Halpe, a technology consultant with over 20 years of experience working in the UAE and Sri Lanka. The company was created to give UAE small and mid-sized businesses access to enterprise-grade software, AI, and IT capabilities without the enterprise-sized overhead. UAE-registered and built around a UAE-based relationship, Vanguard Oasis combines local expertise with an experienced development team in Colombo to deliver practical, scalable technology solutions.
How We Work
Everything in our core lineup: software development, digital transformation, resource augmentation, and IT operations, is scoped, delivered, and supported by our own team across the UAE and Sri Lanka. One team accountable for the result, not a mix of unnamed subcontractors.
For anything outside that core scope, licensing, ERP and BI implementation, or a business need outside IT entirely, we coordinate a vetted partner network instead.
