NDA first
We sign a non-disclosure agreement with every client before work starts.

Domain in your name
Your domain is registered under your account, not ours.

Code is yours
Handed over at completion. Ownership passes to you on final payment.

No data kept
We don't keep your data once we're done, and confirm it in writing.
Hosting
Two ways to host your site
Both come with an NDA. Pick the one that suits how hands-on you want to be.
Option 1
We host it for you
The site sits on our hosting account. Simplest and cheapest.
- You get access to your WordPress site
- We keep an admin account so we can make changes for you. We say so openly.
- You can ask for a copy of the site at any time
- We'll move your domain to a provider of your choice whenever you ask
Included with every package
Hosting renews at AED 360 a year (AED 600 for stores)
Option 2
Your own hosting account
We set up an account in your name for domain, hosting and email. You stay in control.
- Domain, hosting and email all under your account
- You can remove our access whenever you wish
- We never hold your data on our own servers

When we finish
What happens at the end
1. Handover
We hand over the code and your content at completion.
2. Final payment
Once the final invoice is paid, ownership of the code passes to you.
3. Clean-up
We remove your data from our systems within 2 working-days.
4. Written confirmation
On request, we confirm in writing that we hold nothing of yours.
